Also, I have created a MLS Data Sheet for each listing so you know what is being published in "every day" language, not in hard to understand abbreviations. Post Cards may be sent to target markets. Actually, each marketing effort is unique but our experience has been that a mailing within your neighborhood and/or within a certain radius of your home is most effective. Also we target neighboring areas where there is the possibility to attract the "move-up" buyers.
FLYERS
We promote your home to other Realtors with a creative Marketing Flyer. The initial Flyer will alert Realtors that your home is "new to the market". Afterwards we periodically send Flyers to Realtors as a 'memory jogger" that your home remains for sale. Also, 300 flyers are distributed to each Real Estate Sales Office within the Barrington Area.
OPEN HOUSE & BROKER TOUR
Open Houses are usually held on Sundays between 1:00 PM to 4 PM and we mutually decide on dates that are acceptable to you. Neighbors visit quite often and this is a positive since they may have friends who may have a genuine interest to move into the same neighborhood.
With your approval, we will schedule your home in the Broker Open House Tour that allows every interested Realtor to visit your home.
SIGNS
We strongly recommend the use of an attractive "For Sale" sign provided they are permitted in your neighborhood. Many buyers locate the residence because of the sign; since it highlights that your home is for sale within a neighborhood the buyers like.
