Complete the "Buyer Data Profile" which includes your needs and desires.

Discuss various neighborhoods to determine which ones are best suited to your needs and wants.

Explain the Buyer and Broker commitments.

Introduce the financial and legal process so you will be prepared when you find your home. We will explain and give you copies of legal documents that we would use and, if you would like, we will send you our schedule of our "Recommended Mortgage Bankers & Brokers" and "Real Estate Attorneys".

Begin the search, which combines the actual tour of target properties, and on-going search of newly listed target homes.

Once the home has been chosen I will counsel you with my unique Value Calculation. We will review the offer to purchase and explain all contingencies, conditions and special clauses. I will promptly present your offer, the old fashion way, personally. I'll explain the benefits of making the offer face to face.

When your offer is accepted. We will give you our recommended schedule of home inspectors and attorneys. We will explain and monitor the competition dates of the various inspections and conditions. We will give you a schedule of utilities and services you will need operating after the Closing.

Time to close - We will be present to assist you and your attorney.
